ok…to start am not pro…
im 5’11, 160lb 21yrs old
iv been trainin for around 2 years and 1 year serious
my max bench is 242lb
my arm curls are 88lb 5x5
im in good shape, and fairly well defined…iv been trying to keep my definition and put on another 14lb ~ 1 stone…of good weight…
my diet is fairly clean and i get alot of carbs, aim for 3500-4000 cals a day
anyway…i moved to america for a coaching job…and i dont get alot of time in the gym so it wasnt worth doing any supps.
in gym yesterday my lifts are now, 210lb on the bench and basically all my weights are lighter… obviously as am not doing the training.
before i came out here i did 3 weeks on halodrol liquigels, cycle was cut short due to coming out here for job

iv done these…halodrol liquigels a thought were really good
anyway i go home in 1 month, and my job has worked out that i can now go to the gym most days, 5 days possible
am looking for a stack to do this month, or if not… when i go home for a full cycle (ino my aims arent possible in 1month but when i return home)
my aims are to put on close to 6-10lb lean muscle and keep definition
5 day split training regime
ive been looking at halodrol 50 on its own, with milk thistle, and nolvadex as a pct
or hemadrol with same…
thoughts or any other stacks?
