i just hit 315 for PR and you did 3 crazy man good work.

well i havent deadlifted or squated for like 7 month because of an knee injury but las year i did 435 squat and 490 deadlift ( pissed about the deadlift i wanted to get to 500 but i was doing heavy sets to much so pop there goes the knee)
