My stats are:
20 years old in less than 2 weeks
6 feet
190-195 lbs
body fat% 12-15

Deadlift 405 x 1
Bench 225 x 6
Squats 315 x 5

good stuff, any specific goals? or just ‘better’?

great progress man, as mentioned above state what your specific goals are and you will be able to get a more useful critique. if simply adding muscle and size is your goal youre obviously on the right track with the gaines youve made, congrats on your hard work and keep it up

Thanks for the positive comments guys! Yes, as of now, more mass and strength. Am I lacking in any part of my body or lifts?
