well i am new here, just stopped in to say hey, and to make my first post. i have been going to the gym off and on for the last 3 years, my diet is trash so far hope to change that soon. I am 20 years old at 6' 2" weighing in at a whopping 155 lbs i started off at 125 lbs same height, but i have to admit i will take most of it to be fat gain and little muscle. i have trouble benching as well for any amount of weight, i have shoulder pains while doing them so i have not progressed far in that at all.
Welcome to the nation man. Change that diet right now, and find a better workout program. If bench press hurts your shoulders, do dumbell press. EEEAT.
