HEY new to site.i am 35 years old and i need some input.i am 6 foot 225lbs bodyfat unknown. Iam not fat but a little around midsection i take 50 mill a day of androgel. I would like to know what would be the best diet and exercise program to up t levels and put on some size THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT
