Hey guys, I’m excited to be aboard, I’m a young guy and pretty small but very eager to learn new things about training.
I’ve read a few articles on here, CW is my favourite with his TBT. My stats are as follows, 275 DL for 5 reps. 200 Full squats (ATG) for 5 reps. Dips plus 70 pounds for 5 reps, umm so yeah I got a long way to go.
I hope I can learn a lot from here, I hope I stay motivated to train for quite a while now.
