Good work so far. Definitely dropped some fat and put on some muscle, certainly wouldn’t guess there’s a 25-pound difference there.

Maybe some words about your training/diet?

Chris pretty much nailed it. Pretty awesome to gain some appreciable weight while losing fat. Your love handles are def smaller and legs def bigger. I would say your upper body still needs some work though, what kind of training are you into?
