I have lifted for several years but never manage to really activate my chest and get a crazy chest pump.
I can easily get an awesome pump in my back, biceps, triceps, legs etc but my chest is very challenging and the muscle I really want to grow.
My staple chest movements are flat bench, incline bench and dumbbell flies and my latest program has me doing them in that order.

I only have access to free weights during this Covid lockdown.
