Seriously tho OP: Just start by googling simple phrases like
“When should i start using steroids?”
“What are side effects of steroids?”
“etc… etc… etc…”
You’ll get linked to many forums and topics as well as articles that will give you a broad overview. You can then from there continue learning about steroids and how they act on the body.
Steroids are just like any tool in a toolbox. You familiarize yourself it. The dangers and safety precautions, how to use it safely, for what job and when to use it, how do you replace the worn out parts?
Nobody is going to do your homework for you. Sounds like you need some time in under the iron and a little less on the fork.
Hi, I think that MOST (not all) guys who even ask the question on a online forum, are probably NOT ready for gear. This is because if someone has been training long enough and seriously, they would have come across other users, gained knowledge and been given real world advice.
As for advice. If you aren’t recovering quick enough or getting injured make sure your getting enough of the essentials -

Why would you imply he needs to eat less?

He wants to drop bodyfat. He didn’t give any stats so I’m just assuming he’s not in shape.
