NEVER Again!

insert ranting/raving and cursing

I injected winny for my first time tonite and DANG THAT HURT!

It felt like I shoved a hot knife into my quad upon injection. I wondered if I hit a nerve or something.

It seems like the oral route is the way to go until I muster up enough courage to hit the inj again.

DG

wow that must have sucked if that happens can u take advil lol?

Hmm intersting why is the injec winny so painful? Are you sure its real “winny”? I am using real, from a CVS Pharmacy American made Test C and there is NO pain, I mean at all. This is my first cycle and and wondering why would winny hurt?

Also is it really a good cutting steroid like its claimed to be?

Have you ever used it after a “mass” cycle? How long did you wait? If say I used winny alone would I need PCT? Would its cause “the boys” to shrink like Test C does? What does do you take it at?

Good stuff. Misery loves company and I’m in pain too. LOL!!

It’s funny with injects. I pinned some stuff glute and VG for 2 weeks. No pain whatsoever. I could have ran a marathon. On week 3 I pinned the same stuff into my quad. I couldn’t walk for 4 days. Some gear doesn’t seem to like certain sites. Try another area and hopefully you’ll be g2g, Gerdes.

Winny does hurt. Its funny becuase it draws real smooth then stings like a bitch on the way in and for the next 4 days. Yup, oral winny all the way lol.

howie: it’s a burn not necessarily a pain.

cron: winny is a suspension. No oil. Basically small particles of the hormone suspended in some type of water. So your not injecting a fully dissolved hormone into your body. I’m almost 3 weeks into my first cycle. I’m hoping winny will be a great addition to my cycle leading into my show. I don’t believe any steroids are to be used ‘for’ cutting, but certain ones are used ‘while’ cutting. make sense? It is still supressive, maybe not as much as test but still suppressive.

shadow: lol i did a quad shot. It’s funny my prop/tren was like a cakewalk after the winny. lol

iron joe: funny thing is that my leg feels fantastic today, while the prop/tren leg is a bit sore. I was expecting the winny to hurt like hell for a week. lol Instead it seems to just hurt on the way in.

oh well lol

It hurts because it is a water based steroid - as does test susp.

As to the ACTUAL reason that is, i am not so smart! I suspect it could be due to the speed of the injection, as the faster an IM inject is done, the more painful it is - this is true for oil based too… and with water flowing so easily… well.

But i have used proper Winstrol Depot, the original Zambon stuff or whatever it is… and it hurt some too.

But we are tough arent we gerds? ARENT WE?!

JJ

It’s cause water-based steroids are full of large drug particles that don?t dissolve in water. So pretty much the particles sit in the muscle while the water is absorbed, which causes the pain.

This thread brings a wry smile to my face, just wait till you try sustanon.

Thanks mate - that sounds better

I never found Zambon painful, or the particular other small brands that I used, except the one time I injected in the calves. But in the quads or biceps, never.

Injection speed could be it, particle size could be it, or perhaps some products are loaded with unnecessary amounts of irritating antibacterials. Or your experience could have been a one-time thing of the exact spot it happened to be – can’t know till trying again!

I tell you what I have noticed recently - injection pain seems to be fairly inconsistent for the most part.

I mean of course some products seem to cause more pain than others (prop, the suspensions etc) but they are inconsistent and intermittent at best…

Is this due to the higher occurance of crap we are using these days - poorly homebrewed and UGL stuff.
I know when i first started in the 90’s it was rare to use anything other than pharm grade stuff and anything that was considered a fake would be thrown in the bin!

But this is still the case in a large way in the UK due to the laws and views on AAS (which will likely change soon enough i am sure) and most AAS users that are not internet savvy STILL are obsessed with the pharm ‘real’ products.

Its a thinker!

Brook

I know the theory as to why it hurt, but I didn’t know it was that bad.

I am tough brook but not THAT tough when it’s advantages over oral admin aren’t that much better lol!

Whoever said try sustanon I’m taking propionate which is why sus hurts some people. I don’t have much of a problem with prop…it is NOTHING compared to the winny.

The prop/tren inj I did following the winny in my other leg was a cakewalk compared to the winny.

Funny thing is that I had a pain when the pin went in which is what leads me to believe that I was in a bad spot or something. lol

I didn’t inject any faster than my oil stuff but sped it up once the burning began which was immediately.

I will try again…sometime. lol :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, that is a major difference in injection method compared to what I do, and perhaps explains why in hundreds (at least) of injections of Winstrol to the quads not one was ever painful for me, while your first was for you.

If the needle doesn’t feel right going in, I pull it out and pick another spot. The same would be true if pain developed on starting the injection, though that never happened.

I would definitely suggest doing the same.

You very likely were injecting the Winstrol right around a nerve which the needle showed readily produces a pain sensation. It may be that very same nerve which gave the ongoing post-injection pain, this time not from the proximity of the needle, but from the proximity of the Winstrol.

thanks Bill I definitely agree that it is something like that.

The funny thing is that today that leg is not sore one bit! My prop/tren leg is, which is expected…the prop usually leaves me sore in the area for a day or so following the shot.

I as under the assumption that winny will hurt longer AFTER the shot and I don’t have any pain or soreness whatsoever. Maybe I messed up a nerve and now can’t feel any pain there? lol All the personal advice I got regaurding it was that it hurts after the injection and make sure you aren’t training the muscle injected for a few days following.

If the actual injection itself hurts, the post-injection pain will be pretty bad. As Bill said, just pull out the needle and reposition.

I find that I can tell a “bad spot” even before I pierce the skin. Moving just 1/8" to a less innertaved area can make all the difference.

Thats the strange thing. The actual injection hurt like an SOB and for about 15-20 mins after, but today I barely notice anything. Unlike my prop/tren which has been smooth sailing going in but the next day it feels like somebody punched me in the spot I injected.

it is known that some winny injectables are made actualy just by crashing the orals and disolve them in some kind of purified water thats a technique many underground brands use and thats why there are big particles of the drug not disolved enough and hurt so much when injected.

(it is the same technique used a long time ago to produce parabolan or trenbolone by crashing up pellets and disolve them in water i dont know if they still do it)!

also did you ever had a problem with the nedles were a small particle of the drug stucks in the nose and the drug cant get out?thats a clear sign you shouldnt try this company again!
