Neurotype 3 and Insulin Resistance

have question about diet on insulin resistant , more likely metabolic syndrome person Type 3 and diet ? workout and stress response to insulin levels ? CT sugest carbs before/peri/after sessions,but this is optimal for blood glucose levels ? thnx

The carbs you ingest at that time will not keep blood glucose elevated since you will be using the carbs for fuel. I’m not talking about huge amounts though.
