Had a Question in one of your Videos concerning the Neurotype 2B you mentioned that if they want to deload or under a lot of stress they should revert to very low Neurological demand movements like cables and more machine work than Compounds and free weights since I really felt that when I did more machine work that my Anxiety in the workout is much lower and I could train better
And if I am under a lot of stress can’t sleep that well what is the best Split to adapt for the Type 2B
