Neurotype 2B-3: What is the Best Approach for Hypertrophy?

hope your doing great Coach wanted to ask you what is the best approach for my Type Concerning Hypertrophy and what are good strategies i could do to help with Cortisol and recovery to preform at my Optimum i have Glycine Powder and Magnesium Taurate
and a Multivitamin Fish Oil & Turmeric Capsules how can i attack training and Implement those since i know that we should focus more on our recovery not training

I am Already Training PULL / Push / Legs / Accessory Day Split non consecutive days with a lower Volume Approach per Workout
