Neurotype 2A Program at Home Gym?

Is the above program doable at a home gym set up?
Are there Olympic lifts, or loaded carrys in it?
I have a cage, dumbbells, different bars and bands.

Honestly, the programs are built with a full gym in mind. And while most of the work is with a barbell (I’m a barbell guy) there is some exercises requiring pulleys and machines.
