Are the current training, nutrition and supplementation plans for type 1A updated on the THIBARMY website? Somewhere I read that the CT was supposed to update, but I don’t know if that has already been changed.

Not until my new website is up, that’s for sure. And I might go with Youtube videos more than articles.

I would be a fan! I definitely understand the benefit to hosting your videos on the site, but YouTube is so much friendlier to the viewer, and the algorithms build in some advertisement, I’ve got to think your reach would grow
