What if glycine has an excitatory effect on one? Should one take less?
There has been a study done on this:
But they gave the rats melatonin once per day at 7 pm. It seemed to have a profound effect on the management of excess cortisol (Dexamethasone). I wonder if a treatment with melatonin around the clock does have the effects this dubious “doctor” says. If it does, it’s revolutionary. I’m inclined to try it out. But I will give CTs approach 2 weeks before trying it. Will report back if I do.
Rakowski is super smart. While I haven’t used his approach I wouldn’t call him “dubious”
