Neuro Typing Predetermination Through Body Type/Composition

  1. For instance if pre-weight training you were very lean with visible abdominal definition and musculature would that predispose you to most likely be a Neuro type 1 ?

  2. Conversely if you were what is considered skinny fat pre-weight training would that make you most likely a Neuro type 2 or 3 ?

I have noticed that most people that are naturally leaner and more muscular are usually more explosive and quicker ( even when they have done minimal to no weight training), than those that are for instance skinny fat.

Of course there are exceptions to everything, and I know that Neuro Typing has more to do with Personality (and dominance/sensitivity to Neurotransmitters).
