Neuro Type: Personality Matches Type 3 But Prefer Type 1 Workouts

Hey coach,

I’m loving your I’ve neuro type training articles. I’m just struggling to work out what training will best suit me.
My personalitys match type 3 except I love contact sports (played football my whole life and enjoy boxing) and looking at the workouts, I much prefer the look of what you suggest for type 1.
Should I should train like you suggest for me being a type 3? or train more like a type 1 which appeals more to me?

Train the way it appeals to you. Sometimes you might think you are a certain type through learned behavior but in reality you are a different type. The message is to train the way that motivates you. The neuro typing approach only gives you a short cut to find out what that is
