Neuro Type 3, High Frequency Plan?

Hello guys, I would like to ask CT the best training plans for Neuro type 3 people.
I’m 21 years old and I’ll have enough time to train every day.
Would you suggest to do a high frequency plan like https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/best-way-to-keep-getting-stronger or https://www.t-nation.com/training/the-best-damn-workout-plan-for-natural-lifters

I do not like at all plans like GVT, I like heavy lifting and compound movements.

Just do the one with the set up you find more appealing. Either will work.

If you are Type 3 then you will overproduce cortisol. So you can either train using a more “normal” volume 3-4 days a week or a very low volume 6 days a week. In that regard among the plans you mentioned, “the best damn…” is your best option

I was asking because the other one seems a little more focused for strength than the best damn and I like to train towards hypertrophy and strength.
