I do not like at all plans like GVT, I like heavy lifting and compound movements.

Just do the one with the set up you find more appealing. Either will work.
If you are Type 3 then you will overproduce cortisol. So you can either train using a more "normal" volume 3-4 days a week or a very low volume 6 days a week. In that regard among the plans you mentioned, "the best damn..." is your best option
Thanks coach, I'll try it.I was asking because the other one seems a little more focused for strength than the best damn and I like to train towards hypertrophy and strength.
