Neural Charge vs Restorative/Feeder for Extra Workouts?

What would be the main reasons for implementing neural charge workouts with jumps and throws versus slower feeder work like sled pulling, pool work or double stimulation training with bands? Do you currently ever implement pool work for restoration/feeder work? Thanks.
