You’ve said that increased frequency is king and NCT is a great way to do so and train the Nervous system. So, if you have the time and resources is it benefical to do a NC workout everyday, and on training days done in a separye session than your workout?
It can, yes. In that case it would be done earlier to get a better PM session. But BE CAREFUL a NCT session is NOT to get a training effect. You should have ZERO fatigue from it. Not neural, not muscular and not metabolic. If you do, and you do it everyday you will crash.
