Neural Charge Pre-Traning Activation

CT: Are you still using a upper and lower Neural Charge pre-workout. I was doing 3 sets of Plyo Pushups from the ground x 3 reps. Then for leg workouts 3 sets of squat jumps x 5 reps. I backed down to just one set each as I feel I activate really quick, and the multi sets were fatiguing my work I believe in the past.

Since I’m getting back to the olympic lifts I started doing:

  • Mobility work for 15 minutes
  • Jump activation for 10-15 minutes
  • Main workout
