Neural Charge Before a Game


If an hour before a hockey game I feel very sluggish what do you recommend to your athletes to get them amped up using their body weight? Do you have a certain protocol? Ty

And hour prior is touchy in that if you overdo it you don’t have to recover

Using bodyweight only it would be about 20 total jumps in non-fatiguing sets. With hockey players it might be more lunge jumps than regular vertical jumps; and maybe some plyo push ups.
