Nerve Damage!

I stopped weight lifting for 3 weeks, got back to training for 3 weeks now and I’m facing a huge weakness and strength difference in my left arm. I’m a right handed but this is the first time my left arm get’s so weak out of a sudden for no reason, it is mostly witnessed once I bench press. Is this normal? would masturbation effect? I heard it could also be related to blood circulation ? any idea?

well you clearly need to beat off more with your left hand…a lot more
