Needs a Routine

I’m in need of help. I had been working out for a several months but my routine suck. I would usually only do one or two exercise a day and it has only been upper body. I have never worked lower body, core, or back.

I have limited equipment I have a dumbbell bench, dumbbell handles, a super curl bar, and free weights. I’m 16 5’11" and 170lbs.

I like to workout 5 days a week with cardio. I can’t get to a gym. I wont be able to workout for two weeks doctors order I did something to my back. I really like 5x5 routine.

So can someone please help me or point me in the right direction. Thanks

Beginner thread above and training article archive bro with that equipment you have a ton of options and you could get 1000’s of opinions.
