I was just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to recommend a program for chest. I feel that it is the muscle group that I am currently having the most trouble with. Usually I train it around once every 5 days and usually keep it toward the beginning of the workout week.
I usually do flat bench, incline, decline and flys but have not really noticed any increase in strength over the past 4 months.
Over the past year of training I have been able to go from benching 135 8 times to 185 for 6 reps. I know that this is not anything to brag about but am looking to increase the bench. Thanks in advance for any help I recieve
