I just picked up “The New High Intensity Training” from Ellington Darden, Ph.D.
I was wondering what the general opion was of this material was? Are the principles sound? I am looking to drop fat and I was wondering if this type of training is any better for that than any other?

I would disregard Ellington Dardens information. Not that it’s not fun to switch routines and try different training modalities. However, if you are trying to lose weight go to the T-Nation search engine. There are so many great articles on weight loss on this site that it would be an injustice to the rest of them to mention only one.
