Need to Workout But Don't Have Time

Let’s say you actually don’t have time to go to the gym…

Tabata is very intense and only takes 4 minutes, you can do it at home with a pair of dumbells or those heavy books you’re studying from or something

30 jump squats
25 jumping jacks
30 alternating lunges

do that in a circuit and repeat 5 times.

should take you no more than 20 - 30 mins and you’ll sweat off that fat like it was nothing.

you can do that shit right before you have lunch, when you wake up, and im sure you watch tv… hmmmmmm??? turn the tv off and work that shit vermin
