Need to Squat at Least Twice a Week?

This is what i have been doing

Press 5/3/1 + fsl 5x5
Latwork 5x10

Deadlift 5/3/1 +fsl 5x5
Ab work 5 sets of 10-20 reps

Benchpress 5/3/1 + fsl 5x5
Dumbell rows 5 sets of 10

Squats 5/3/1 + fsl 5x5
Ab work 5 sets of 10-20 reps.

Now, it works really well for my upper body lifts and deads.
Squats, not so much. Im loosing both strenght and size. I have done this for 3 cycles. Before this, i was doing the full body template from 2nd edition which was great for my squats.

What to do?? I would like to stay on something similar to what i do today. Add more squats? Where and at what %?

There are numerous templates that have you squatting more days/week. I’m guessing more than a dozen. You should probably look at those.

Is it stupid to do opposite lift fsl work on squat and deadlift day?

I dont find any templates that have you squat twice a week without doing the rest twice too.
But hey, i know im both stupid and dont read well…unfortunaly
