Just bought some Biotest creatine and Surge. just wanted to know if i really need to load it for the first week.? what should i expect?do i need any change in eating or water consumption? thanks for any replys!
As long as you’re not in a rush to see the effects, loading isn’t necessary.
Likewise, as long as you’re already keeping yourself well hydrated, there’s no need to go overboard with more water. Too many people tend to get carried away with high water consumption anyway.
In my opinion,
I would load.
I would slightly increase h20.
I would add more protein and carbs to your diet.
