Need to Keep Cardio While on Tren

I’m hopeing to get some help for my next couple of cycles.

I have done 4 cycles in the past.First 2 were pretty basic just doing Test cyp at 500mgs a week and Test enath at 500mgs a week for the second.I wasn’t aware at the time of Serm’s or AI’s.Luckly I suffered no ill effects from not useing a AI but didn’t retain alot of my gains.

The next cycle was cyp at 500mgs a week and deca at 400mgs a week.adex at .25mgs a day and nolva as a pct.Liked the gains but decided to try Tren next.

This cycle was 500mgs a week of tren ace and 600mgs a week of test.AI and pct were same as last cycle.

The cycles were for 10 weeks with the deca and tren both stopped after 8 weeks.

Well after doing the Tren cycle I was sold.Best lean gains and strength gains I have saw to date.My plan is to include Tren in every cycle.

Only big problem I have was the damage it did to my cardio.I had to stop competing in my grappling tournies do to this.It was so bad I would get out of breath just walking up the stairs.So this ended up being a huge drawback that I need to somehow find a solution to.About 3 weeks after my cardio would improve and allow me to start competing again.

So bottom line if I continue to do Tren I will have to find something to stack with it to help my cardio.I have heard that both anavar and Mast might be a solution.

I would appreciate some input and maybe some possible “make believe” (lol) cycles to address this issue.

I am 29 years old 6 ft lbs.About 13% bodyfat.

Goals would be strength gains,Lean muscle mass and to keep the cardio from killing me.
Would like to run 8 to 10 week cycles.Can use letro or adex as an AI (just never tried letro yet) and nolva as a pct.

Anyways I think that covers everything but if I have left anything information out that would be needed please let me know.

Mast is a popular choice for MMA guys. Some call it tren lite as you can get decent strength to weight ratio gains without the cardio hit. Its less potent than tren of course. Some guys around these parts are asserting that low dose test with tren takes the edge off a lot of the nasty tren sides. Personally I have no experience with this others might chime in

A buddy of mine did a low test 350mg and tren 600mg a week combo and still had the cardio problems.

What doses would be recomended of the mast per week to help counter the cardio issue?

Also is there any other options?

You seem to be misunderstanding.

Adding masteron to a cycle with tren will not alleviate the cardio problems.

It is being suggested to replace the tren with masteron. Or to use enough tren to avoid cardio problems in the first place and throw some mast on top of it if you desire more androgens not from testosterone.

mast enath 600mgs a week for 8 weeks
test enath 600mgs a week for 10 weeks
adex at .25mgs a day or EOD
nolva as a pct for a pct weeks 12 and 13 40mgs a day then 20mgs a day weeks 15 and 16.

Does this sound right if not would u suggest changes.

With tren most people are forced to make compromises. A few people in here report that something along the lines of 150-200mg TE and 500-800mg TRE may have less of the nasty sides than higher doses of TE. Key word of course is may. You above suggestion is a popular one. Quit a few guys like to run Mast and Test together in virtually equal doses; you can pick your own dosing level of course.

As I powerlifter I love tren; the strength is second to none [especially when paired with test and dbol]. But in PL I need only a few seconds of exertion. MMA is so aerobically demanding tren for many becomes a non-option. As great as it is you might be forced by your heart and lungs to drop down to Mast.
Never know till you try. In the end if you get have the benefits of tren without any of the sides from Mast thats probably your answer. As I said earlier there are several guys in here who compete in MMA comp. and they tend to base their cycles around test & mast

The only other thing I can even imagine is using EPO but thats out of my experience boundaries

You could look into halotestin, but I would really only use that on fight day.

Im an mma fighter also and i run my test at 400wk and im running winny at 350 a wk. My cardio is great still. I’ve also done equipoise at 300 a wk and test at 450 a wk. With no cardio set backs. I’ve heard alot of good things about masteron, but yet to have tried it. This is a great post I hope somebody with some personal experience on this could chime in. Great thread juggernaut as ive been curious of this also.

seems pretty obvious to me…if tren gives you that many problems (does the same to me) then don’t use it. Testosterone/masteron in equal amounts works wonders…i prefer the propionate version of both with daily injects.

I think the point here is you never know till you try so someone uses tren and the sides cripple their athletic performance. Many of us are suggesting Mast as a substitute. However, as BBB says he gets cramps. From memory morepain gets achy joints from Mast. You never really know how a compound will affect you individually until you use it. Sure there are overarching tendencies but still you gotta try it to know. After all, Dave and Cortes can take 800mg of tren a week and not be bothered with the sides.
So to the OP sure common wisdom for a MMA guy is to replace tren with mast but you’ll still have to try it out for yourself just so you know you dont suffer from cramps or achy joints

Personally speaking, Test and EQ is the best choice for MMA/Grappling. 500 TE/400 EQ/week seems to be the sweet spot for me. My close second choice would be Test Prop and NPP at 75mg/50mg/day. Both provide strength and joint health without compromising your cardio, and the standard sides are easily dealt with an AI (I prefer Aromasin but that’s just me). I like to keep things simple with my “supplementation” so I don’t have to worry about it and can just focus on my training, and enjoy my life outside the gym too.

With Tren, my cardio suffers no matter how many hill sprints or Javoreks I do, I always feel below my standards in that respect. And the sleeplessness and appetite loss is no fun either. That said, Tren is the closest you will come to being a living god, but I’d save it for when you’re not training for any combat sports so you can enjoy it the way it was meant to be, under very heavy weights lol.

I was hopeing to find a way to use the tren but there doesn’t seem way to beat the sides.Maybe one cycle off season.

I have to monitor the mast to find the right balance.Muscle cramping will def hurt.

I tried the test EQ cycle at those exact mmbers but didn’t use any adex untill next cycle.I’ll have to give it a try again with the adex or letro.

Last I have heard great things about anavar.Was thinking of throwing it at 50mgs a week for the first 6 weeks(could go higher).

So here’s what I’m thinking
Mast at 600mgs a wk for 8 weeks(will lower if I experience cramping or any other problems
Test E at 600mgs for 9 weeks
anavar at 50mgs a week for 6 weeks(If I hear negative input I can drop it)

adex or letro for an AI 11wks total
and nolva for pct4 weeks at end of cycle(2 weeks after test is done.40,40,20,20.

Also thoughts on anadrol at 50mgs a day for 6 weeks instead of the anavar

the anavar is a waste in that scenario…you have two pretty heavy hitters and then a dose of anavar less than what a woman would take even while on the safe side. 50mg daily maybe but still in this scenario i think its a waste of money. Also i would make sure you match the esters …meaning standard masteron was traditionally made as a propionate (which i prefer) which you would want to use with test propionate (it just keeps things simple). if using test e be sure to purchase masteron E. personally i like test prop / mast prop at 100mg each per day its a lovely little brew.

I actually meant 50mgs a day of anavar for 6 weeks but I after ur reasoning even at that it doesn’t make sense.

I had planed to use both test E and Mast E.Just (again) forgot the E after the mast.

Sounds good and I’ll aim for 600mgs a week of each.
