This is my first post. I’ve read a few articles on gaining mass (John Berardi and Christian T) and I need to customise a diet to about 3,300 calories. I can eat most good foods, Chicken, tuna, oats, rice pasta, whey, weight gain skim milk, juice, fruit vegies etc.
I wanted to know if anyone has a diet with about this many cals or can give me a link to somewhere that does.
You could get half your calories from one meal if you go out to eat at a restaurant. It’s not hard to eat that much, even when you’re trying to eat “clean.”
As for what to eat, it shouldn’t be that hard. Most of what you listed should be on your daily list. Just eat enough of it. No girly-sized portions. Eat like a man.

I actually found a site that I use that is a bit better and is still free check it out at www.sparkspeople.com. I’m not sure why they don’t charge, but then again I ask the same question about this site as well…eat lift sleep repeat
