The Clean and Press is an excellent shoulder exercise. Train heavy.

i rarely ever see anyone doing push presses. these helped me break through a pleateau and when i returned to reg. military presses I could press heavier and with more stability.
try this out:
Military press w/barbell (10-15 reps to failure)
then rest 20 seconds while still holding the barbell on your chest
Push press with just a little leg drive (10-15 reps to failure)
rest 20 seconds while holding barbell on chest
Push press with total leg drive (10-15 reps to failure)
