I’ve been an avid lifter for about 5 years, however, recently my brother wants to get into lifting.
Someone posted an off-site link that detailed a very basic program for beginners consisting of mainly complex movements. He also has a few videos on Youtube, but I can’t remember his name. He isn’t a T-Nation author and he also has a book out, but that’s all I can remember.
If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
