you have a training session for biceps on their own as well as triceps yet you put back and legs together. This doesnt realy make sence to be honest. Why all the volume for biceps and triceps?

Also how much do you weigh and what are you lifts like? any training history?

i weigh 60kg and i can lift 30kg-barbell,10kg-dumbell,50kg-bench press,32kg-millitary press,these are the max. weights that i can lift,pls help me to make a good routine,i do my exercises in my home so i don’t hv machines
