Im 17, training for my last year of hs football. I was thinking of doing a sort of cut for a few weeks to a month, because i have a decent amount of flab laying around that i would rather not be there. Im 6’2", 214 with 15.7% bf. It just doesnt look like that really. I have decent amounts of fat that i would like to rid myself of.
Ive been doing a routine of 3 days per week, 5x5 for my workouts. Im now using a modified westside, with themes taken from joe defrancos “westside for skinny bastards”
What kind of supps should i take? What kind of food should i eat? and what kind of cardio should i do?
I would like to lose 10-15 pounds of flab, trying to keep as much strength as possible.
