Agreed, pull-ups are king, theyre the upper body deadlift
hows this look for back and bi’s
deadlift- 3 sets of 5
bb row. 3 sets of 5
lat pulldown- 3 sets of 8
pullups- 3 sets of 8
cable row- 3 sets of 8 (considering dropping these what do you guys think?)

reyno- thanks for the reply first off! Any suggestions of another exercise. maybe decline db press or something along those lines. I do prefer heavy squating but maybe ill add in another set. DO you mean db or bb for adding another set?
