I have found out about Rippetoes Workout, and will be doing it.

How has it worked for whoever has done Ripptoes Workout, does it acutally help.


No one can answer your question until you provide your height, weight, physical condition, years of experience, bodyfat percentage, gender, age, race, eye and hair colour and information such as whether or not your great grandfather was circumcised etc.

Seriously though, deadlift, squat and bench/military press along with pull ups, dips and push ups WILL 'actually help' regardless of whether you read it from Rippetoe, Wendler or James Bond. Give Rippetoe's workout a go and come back in a few months to ask why your squat or bench is lagging.
