Need Some Help (WS4SB)

I stalled on all my ME lifts for two weeks now. Should i lower the weight by 20 lbs and just build up weekly to a new PR or should i switch to a different program?

my stats:
weight: 180 lbs
bf: 16 %
height: 5’ 10’’
age: 19
bench: 205x1
dead lift: 355x1
squat: 295x1

been lifting for 4 years.

Cycle variations in of the ME lifts for two weeks for your ME work. Up food intakeby 250cals and get some extra sleep.
