Need Some Help With My Diet

I’m a 100kg powerlifter trying to lose a few kgs, just for vanity reason (I just want to see my six pack for once). My best lifts are 200kg squat, 160kg bench and 245kg deadlift, all raw. I train with a 3 days a week sheiko type workout with an added day for upper back and lat work. On my off days I do ~20 min of kettlebell complexes and kettlebell walks.

My diet is as follows:

Low day (the 3 off days)

10g whey
1 tlbsp olive oil
Fish oil x 3

200ml milk
45g whey
20g flaxseed

M3
300g ground beef
Vegetable
Fish oil x 3

M4
200ml milk
20g whey
20g flaxseed

M5
50g oat
500g beef
Vegetable
Fish oil x 3

M6
2 eggs

High day (the 4 main training days)

I’m not busting out my calculator and nutrition software and using half an hour to critique this for free!
