Total noob here :-(
I am 16 y/o male, about 135 - 140 lbs, 5’7.
I really want to start building muscle and such but I dont know where to start.
I currently do Cardio 2-3 times a week.
I am not trying to eliminate junk crap out of my diet and try to eat more whole foods, atleast as much as possible.
But where do I start? I am pretty weak for my age. Should I use dumbells? Machines? Something else? Kind of alone on this one unless you know some place or person I can go to get help with strength training.
To add to my problems, I am also a Type 1 Diabetic :-/.
