Need Some Advice Regarding MAG-10

Hi guys,

I'm a beginner, but a dedicated one. I've been on a carb-controlled bulk for the last 5 months and have made okay gains (130 LBM to ~150 LBM 4% BF) in that time span, but my commitment to the 6 meals/day is starting to decay, in that my schedule makes it hard to fit in solid foods (replacing with shakes), and I'm starting to hate food altogether, so I'm looking to change my ~3,000 calorie diet to around 2200 calories for anabolism, and then use MAG-10 and BCAA's to prevent catabolism during periods of the day where I am not able to eat a lot.

Do you guys think it's possible to gain mass efficiently this way?
