Need Program Suggestion

I haven’t worked out much besides manual labor for the past year and a half. All the tensions rising around the world I feel like I will be getting called back by the army here soon. I would greatly appreciate any tips on a program to greatly increase strength stamina and endurance. I will be taking 600 mg of test. 300 mg of deca and 400 mg of EQ to kick start this and eat about 4000 calories a day mainly consisting from eggs, oatmeal, chicken, steak, pork chops, rice, sweet potatoes, and red potatoes. Maybe start by regaining a proper training habit before thinking about using drugs. And if you get called up, you wont be able to have drugs there so you will lose what you have gained by taking them… so what’s the point?
