Are you all eating 7 days a week totally disciplined that stuff, you have in your meal plan?
Or do you put in like a “Sin Day” or something on off-days?

I have one cheat meal a weak. Which I use for loading carbs. It’s the smart way for me to do it considering Its so hard fr me to gain. But the raw eggs with even just cinnamon is pretty legit. It’s working out good. gotta get paid so I dan guy the shit for the Greek yogurt shake. Thanks for the tips and help once again everyone
