So school starts up again on Monday and between classes and work, I’m going to have a lot less time to lift. I’d like to know if anyone has any ideas for an effective routine that I could do 3 days a week for about an hour to an hour and a half each day. I’ll probably lift on Tue/Thu evenings and Sat. afternoons.
I’m thinking about sticking with 5/3/1 but eliminating the standing shoulder press day and using them as an assistance exercise on bench day. I’m open to any other suggestions. I’ve been following the 5/3/1 plan for a few months now and I wouldn’t mind changing things up a bit. What do you guys suggest?
