Need New Routine

For some time I have trained in the lower rep ranges 1-6 for strength and am looking for a change. I was looking at BBB but, due to my work schedule (4:30 am-4 pm) I fear it may leave my drained.

Any suggestions for a routine for max size? Equipment is power rack, barbell, DB’s and dip station.

5/3/1 BBB would be a great choice.

I was actually looking at 5/3/1 last night. My only issue is that it works off percentages which I have tried once and hated. Any way to do it or something similar with out them?
