I am complete beginner with this, been working out for a few months, so far dropped ALOT of weight. I used to do MMA but stopped a little while back. But now I want to up the game change it completely. Searching through web sites etc and came up on The Ketogenic Diet. Advice, experience, anything would help. How hard was it? were results good? what supplements did you take? Please anything to help out would be most appreciated especially since being a beginner to this kind of thing!
