A buddy gave me a bottle of unused liquid clen. Its a blue bottle grape flavor 200mcg/60ml.
Now I have never used clen in the past. but Im damn curious now. Ive gone out and gotten a syringe that measures .1ml up to 1ml.
Now I have done a shit load of searches on yahoo and on here. But i cannot figure out how to dose/use this stuff.
Please PM me if you are familiar with liquid clen.
Save me the embarassment of posting ?'s that are probally so obvious.
