I work out every day after work, but i dont know much so i dont think i am getting the most out it. this week il be getting a universal gym, from my older brother, other than that im using free weight, i usually do. i am doing exercises i found on here to build my chest and core, and i also do the overhead cleans. Im 5’11" 160. i mainly want a good workout thats gonna kick my ass and il see some gains.

So what are you asking for??
At 5’11" and 160 lbs you should not be worried about any particular muscle group.
man my advice would be to stick to the big lifts, bench, squats, deads, and cleans, that should throw some beef on you if you them correctly
Even a good well designed workout that kicks your ass will not bring gains without lots of qualty food.
