Hi I’m new round here and was wondering if you could help me out. I usually read stuff like Flex and Musclemag until I got pointed to this website but I’m still a little dazed as to the information overload.
I’m 21, 145lbs, 5.10 and with a naturally skinniny build, (I’m a skinny little prick). I have been training on and off for about 4 years but to no sucess. My main problem is with food and how much to consume so I was wondering if you have any good nutrition tips. I like to drink 2 nights a week beacuse I’m a bit of a party animal and was also wondering if this could be halting my progress beacuse somebody told me it does.
I’m interested in buying some Methoxy from Biotest, will this help me?
